Programme Overview
The enoca™️ Academy programme is designed to equip students and recent graduates with the necessary skills and competencies for quick enablement. By providing industry-relevant training and assignments, the programme aims to strengthen participants’ job search capabilities and professional expertise. Participants will receive continuous support to improve in areas where further development is needed, culminating in the issuance of a certificate upon successful completion.

Programme Process
1. Submit an application for the open position.
2. Following your application, you will be contacted by the enoca™️ HR team.
3. After the initial HR interview, the technical assessment process will begin.
4. Candidates not selected will receive feedback regarding the reasons for their non-selection.
5. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for additional interviews.
6. A training participation agreement will be signed.
7. The training curriculum will be shared, and candidates will be paired with a mentor.
8. Monthly progress reviews will be conducted, with feedback provided by both HR and the assigned mentor.
9. Candidates who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate of completion.
Success Criteria
1. Attendance is mandatory for the training programme.
2. All assignments must be submitted within the given deadlines.
3. Adherence to mentor guidance and instructions is essential for successful completion.
Programme Duration
The programme duration ranges from 6 months to 1 year, depending on the intensity of the training.
Post-Certification Process
Once participants successfully complete the training and receive their certification, they will remain in contact with enoca™️. When job openings arise in relevant fields, certified candidates will be contacted for interviews.
